Autodesk to Acquire Shotgun Software
Yep, another acquisition. This time, a "production management platform"...which has got nothing to do with 3D applications. I guess we can all breathe a collective sigh that it wasn't Pixologic or Unity who was purchased (those guys must still be chuckling from the Bitsquid acquisition). Anyway, some press release to follow... but hey, does anyone else find it comical that so many images on Shotgun's site is of Big Buck Bunny?
